III. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product quality problems, transportation damage, or wrong item sent, we will bear reasonable return shipping costs based on the actual situation.

If the return is due to personal reasons, the relevant return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

IV. Refund Processing
